Quality assurance – we oversee kick-offs, trials, zero productions, full production and first deliveries. Shared E-folder is used for acceptance & storage of documents
On-Going Servicing – we run regular meetings for order fulfillment, planning & forecasting, supplier risks assessments , transport optimization, obsolete management, on-time delivery goals, quality assurance and service levels
